Capital One Healthcare Finance is a convenient, no initial payment, low monthly payment plan for dental treatments of $1,000 to $25,000. Offering Capital One Healthcare Finance allows us to make the smile you've always wanted affordable.

There are two ways to apply with Capital One Healthcare Finance:

Insurance

We are happy to help with any form of insurance. Here is how it works.

When you decide to schedule, you will meet with Dr. Yazdani for a consultation. The two of you will discuss your treatment options and you will decide what to choose. We will tell you how much the treatment will cost and we will find a convenient time for you to move ahead with your treatment.

You will then pay us directly for your treatment. You can pay in all the traditional ways, or you can choose the extended payment option.

We will fill out all the necessary insurance paperwork for you to help you maximize your benefits, and then we will send your claim immediately to your carrier.

Your insurance company will then send any reimbursement directly to you at your home address.

If it is important to you, prior to your appointment you may wish to contact your carrier to ask how much they cover under your plan.

Please do not be surprised--reimbursements are typically less than you might expect, especially for cosmetic services.
